Each apartment occupies an entire floor, ideal for families and groups of friends. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, shops, a cinema, and a post office.

Spend your stay in our spacious three-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen at "U Semushky."
Relax in the cozy living room with an LCD TV and satellite channels. There is a separate room with a double bed and another bedroom with two sofas.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, and all necessary kitchen appliances, including a kettle, microwave, and a large refrigerator.
Enjoy the comfort of the bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, bathtub, and sink. There is also a separate toilet available.
We provide bed linen and a complete set of towels.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. On request, we can accommodate an additional 4 people.
Apartment No. 3 in the Attic "U Semushky"
Enjoy the comfort of our spacious four-room apartment in the attic with a kitchenette at "U Semushky".
Relax in the cozy living room equipped with an LCD TV, satellite channels, and a kitchenette. There is a separate room with a double bed and two bedrooms with sofas.
The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, and all necessary kitchen appliances, including a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator.
Enjoy the comfort of the bathroom with a bathtub and sink. There is also a separate toilet available.
We provide bed linen and a complete set of towels.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people. On request, we can accommodate an additional 4 people.

Relax in the living room with an LCD TV, satellite programs, and a DVD player. There is a separate room with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, and all cooking appliances, including a kettle, microwave, and a large refrigerator.
The bathroom has a corner bathtub, a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer. There is also a separate toilet available.

FAQs
We offer you comfortable and cozy accommodations at "U Semushky" Apartments.
Our house features three spacious apartments, each covering an entire floor with an area of 80 m². This layout allows groups of friends to stay together, relax, and enjoy their time without disturbing each other (we can accommodate up to 26 guests simultaneously).
There is parking available on the premises of the guesthouse.
Check-in is possible from 14:00 onwards.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00.
